I cannot recommend working out with Seth enough! Almost two years later! Don't let him intimidate you because I was a little bit shy about the gym and thought he'd be a meathead at first, far from it. He genuinely cares about his clients and his motivation in life is to help people. I didn't really believe it at first but after knowing him for this long it's so refreshing.
